New subscribers receive a structured onboarding session: broker API key setup, strategy parameter review, backtest run, and risk limit configuration. We do not consider onboarding complete until you have seen a successful simulated run in the sandbox environment.

For Pro and Business subscribers, technical support carries a four-hour response SLA during business hours. Start plan subscribers receive responses within one business day. All support tickets are handled by the Kasese-based team who built the platform — not an outsourced call centre.

Our office at 14 Margherita Road, Kasese is open to visitors by appointment. If you prefer to meet in person before subscribing — particularly for Business plan discussions — we welcome that. Kasese is accessible from Kampala by road in approximately five hours or by charter flight to Kasese Aerodrome. We are located one block from the central market area.
